DryBuild Alberta is hiring a Drywall Helper to join our team on a contract / part-time basis.
We work on basements, residential homes, and small commercial jobs across Calgary.
This position is perfect for someone who’s responsible, punctual, and ready to learn. You’ll assist our drywall installers and tapers — helping with carrying sheets, cleaning sites, cutting boards, and learning step-by-step how to install drywall properly.
If you want to grow in the trade and eventually become a full installer or taper, this is a great place to start.

Help load, carry, and move drywall sheets and materials.
Assist with cutting boards, measuring, and holding sheets during installation.
Clean up job sites and maintain tools and materials in order.
Support the team with basic drywall and taping tasks.
Follow safety guidelines and work instructions carefully.
Drive to different job sites when needed.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (must).
Basic knowledge of construction or drywall is a plus — not required.
Physically capable of lifting drywall sheets (50–75 lbs).
Punctual, reliable, and ready to learn on site.
Positive attitude and respect for clients’ homes.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
